Quiz master Gordon Kelly is promising an entertaining and interactive trivia night on August 22 at Devonport High School in support of Devonport Chaplaincy.
Gordon, who is a long time supporter of Devonport Chaplaincy and sister organisation Loaves and Fishes Tasmania as a board member and volunteer, including at the Devonport High School breakfast program, is a regular MC, host, quiz master and auctioneer at various community charity events.
“I love the heart for the community expressed in these two organisations,” Gordon said.
“People served by these organisations need to know that they are loved.”
Gordon and wife Di oversee Hope Church and own and manage A New Page Christian bookshop in Devonport.
Organisers say the trivia night is about strengthening connections within the school and Devonport community, and is not a fundraiser.
Tickets for the trivia night are $14 per person or $120 for a table of 10.
There will be prizes for the trivia winners and placegetters.
Participants are asked to bring their own snacks.
Hot drinks will be provided.
Book your place at the table here.
